Funding available for racial justice organisations


The Resourcing Racial Justice fund is offering emergency and long term funding to UK organisations working to take forward racial justice.

The purpose of the Resourcing Racial Justice fund is to provide financial support to individuals and organisations that are working to redress the impact of COVID-19 and beyond on those who identify as People of Colour (POC).

POC includes other terms such as BAME, black, indigenous, people of colour (BIPOC).

What They Fund

Area: The UK

Suitable for: Organisations can be either incorporated, unincorporated and / or unconstituted e.g. community and grassroots groups/networks/projects.

Individuals can be change-makers, activists, innovators, social leaders, ecosystem builders and artists working outside existing organisational structures.

Funding size: There are three funding bands available:

  • Supporting Individuals: £5k – £30k
  • Supporting Organisations- Emergency and Recovery: £5k – £30k
  • Supporting Organisations- Long Term Structural Change: £30k – £50K
