We return to Ingestre wood to care for the ranging habitat from Woodland through to Meadow. With your help we will be restoring the path and replacing sections of railing which have been degraded over the years. The Green Gym® is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each day starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down before and after a range of light to vigorous activities, designed to suit all abilities.

From Tufnell Park tube, cross to take Dartmouth Park Hill, then first left then right onto Ingestre Road, first left and right to the end: meet at the Community Centre (NW5 1UX).
