Our Story
We will be redeveloping a piece of land at the back of the school that is currently inaccessible due to an old unsafe pond. The grant will assist us in creating a wildlife garden and outdoor learning environment for approximately 500 children aged 2 to 11 years old. It will be opened up to local clubs too.
The outdoor learning environment will enrich and complement the curriculum being taught in a fun hands on environment. The quiet area is a place which can be used by the pastoral team for Children or Staff requiring time out due to stress, bereavement, or just needing to talk through something with someone.
