    Background

Theseus Boreas Walk, adjacent to Nelson Place and Theseus Walk, N1, has been well used over the years by those who live and work in the local area, but has become increasingly outdated.

The existing play equipment is looking tired and overgrown plants and shrubs have contributed to a rise in anti-social behaviour in the area. Theseus Boreas Tenants & Residents’

Association (TRA) want to transform the space into a vibrant community resource, where everyone will be welcome to play, learn and relax for years to come.

Dominic Fenton, Chair of Theseus Boreas TRA says: “We believe that transforming this space will bring our community closer together, provide an important resource for our children to play and learn, and help make our local area cleaner, greener and safer.”

With support from Islington Council’s Estate Environment Improvement Fund and regeneration charity Groundwork London, the TRA now have designs for an exciting and stimulating space for local residents of all ages to enjoy. However, fundraising is crucial to make the designs a reality!
