  • Our Story

We currently run bi-weekly cooking and social activity sessions on Friday’s from 4.30pm until 6.30pm. These sessions involve cooking and eating a healthy meal from scratch as a group, learning new skills and techniques and enjoying everyone’s company. This is open to anyone who needs some additional help with cooking, eating healthy or is lonely and needs to be part of a social group.

The central theme that runs through each session is that everyone can cook, everyone can enjoy healthy food and that everyone deserves the opportunity to develop independence.
