Sutton Ecology Centre is part of the London Borough of Sutton’s Biodiversity Team and is the main resource for environmental education in the borough.

The Centre runs educational visits for schools and community groups, as well as events for adults and children, volunteer days and much more. The grounds are an excellent place for a stroll and to find out about wildlife habitats, composting, recycling and wildlife gardening.

Aims of the centre
To create better understanding of our local and global biodiversity
To encourage involvement in nature by the whole community
To serve as a base for environmental education throughout the Borough
