Support For Wellbeing

This project provides wellbeing support to autistic adults and parents of autistic children through group and one to support. Group support is held twice monthly on Thursdays while one to one support is held every Thursday. This project works towards improving the mental and emotional wellbeing of beneficiaries by encouraging them to speak about their feelings and help beneficiaries to connect with others and reduce the feeling of isolation and exclusion.
