Our Story
I want to set up some raised beds on a public space just in front of my house, where residents can go and grow and pick herbs and veg -maybe one bed for a wild flowers as well (for the bees).
It is a currently totally unused spot: paved with a couple of trees, south-east facing, right by a canal with a public footpath alongside, used mainly by runners and mothers with children.
I have contacted the Council already, which likes the idea and is currently considering it. In case they give “green light” I would appreciate any help!
