  • Our Story

Our aim is to grow fresh and healthy vegetables in our community garden to complement our healthy living project, we will be growing these vegetables, cook in our community kitchen and eat in our community centre, we will also be using this to teach gardening and other skills to our users enabling them to learn new skills, this will encourage empowerment, self-reliance and build a sense of community, while encouraging social interactions across cultures and generations, create opportunities for recreation, exercise, and education.

The location is in a public community centre, well-lit, and fenced to help reduce the loss or destruction.
