Our Story
In response to the Covid-19 emergency we have turned the main body of our building into a food bank so that we can help our community. We are specifically targeting the homeless, the most vulnerable and at risk families struggling with food poverty, the elderly, single parents, vulnerable young adults recently out of care, and those with Covid-19 living at home. We respond to referrals from local partners including Lancashire Police, Lancashire County Council (Children and Families Wellbeing Service) and Preston City Council. We also receive direct referrals by phone and via our website in response to a door drop to thousands of people in our city.
