  • Our Story

This will be our second of three sessions for the Growing Raglan Project. In this session we will be continuing from where we got to last time as well as building woven hurdles. The Green Gym® is natural exercise to make a difference! Fun and free outdoor community volunteering sessions to connect us with local green spaces. The Camden Green Gym® runs at different parks & public gardens across Camden. The Green Gym® is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each day starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down before and after a range of light to vigorous activities, designed to suit all abilities.

TCV provide gloves, tools, guidance and light refreshments (bring your own lunch if you like). We strongly recommend that you wear sturdy boots with a good grip and clothing adapted to outdoors work and weather conditions on the day. We run sessions throughout the year, come rain or shine. Please let us know in advance if it is your first time volunteering with TCV. 14-15 year olds are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult. 16-17 year olds are welcome on their own, providing they bring a completed signed parent/guardian consent form – please contact the organiser in advance. For corporate volunteering, please contact – 07740 899 689
