Are you a keen upcycler? Do you like to fix, paint, upholster and spruce up? Fancy a chance to show off your skills and be in with a chance to win £200 to spend at the Goodlife Centre?

As part of this year’s European Week for Waste Reduction, North London Waste Authority are holding the first ever London Upcycling Show on November 30th November and they are holding an upcycling competition for all north London residents to enter.

You will be given a piece of furniture to upcycle and will have a month to turn it from drab to fab. The finished items will be displayed at the London Upcycling Show in November where a panel of upcycling experts will judge all five categories. Winners of each category will be awarded with a voucher worth £200 for the Goodlife Centre, which runs boutique workshops in a wide range of subjects including Upholstery, Woodwork and Carpentry, Furniture Upcycling and Restoration and various traditional Hand Crafts.
