  • Our Story

Feed Me Good is a Community Interest Company (CIC), which delivers Health and Wellbeing services for different organisations such as Housing Associations, Local Councils, Primary and Secondary Schools, Youth Services and Charities.

We provide numerous Health and Wellbeing Projects and Events, Assist with Food Hygiene Courses Level 1, 2 & 3. We conduct consultations and tailored services for our clients and students.

Our most popular course which came runner up for L&Q Housing Group Community Project of the Year 2017, was “How to be a Smart Food Shopper”.

Since 2017 this course has evolved to become more than food shopping budgeting, providing tips and tricks on how to do food shopping but now includes so much more.

For example, Corporate Social Responsibility, living the “Lagom” way (Inspired by our client IKEA). Nureen is the Live Lagomer for the IKEA London Wembley store and this has inspired the other topic areas in which we now cover as part of our projects.

What makes our services special in our community based projects

We are really passionate about creating a safe and fun environment where families and people from all walks of life can come together and build a community. Whereby they can learn new lifeskills and celebrate food and cultures. We understand the importance of community and how small changes can make a huge impact not only in healthly and wellbeing but also being sustainable for the future generations to come.

Be a part of our mission to make everyone live a happy healthy life.
