Our Story
3Space is an innovative charity which unlocks the potential of empty commercial property by making it available for temporary community use.
We work in partnership with landlords and leaseholders to offer organisations that benefit the community temporary free of charge access to otherwise empty properties. These spaces are made available to other charities, registered community organisations and social enterprises for temporary, pop-up projects.
We currently have spaces available in a range of locations across the UK explore this site to find out more about how we work, and see how other organisations have used our spaces successfully.
3Space are proud to be included in the list of Britains 50 New Radicals 2012, as chosen by NESTA and The Observer, and in November were included in the Smarta100 a list of Britains most exciting and disruptive small businesses.
3Space are also delight to have been chosen as part of the GLAs Outer London Fund Special Assistance Team. We look forward to working with London boroughs looking to explore innovative options for empty shop activation. For more information, please contact info@3space.org
