InYourArea is a nationwide news platform that curates news stories local to you. Share you story with us to be published on your local InYourArea page and the Semble page.

How to get your story published?
Send your upcoming event or story to josie@semble.org
- Length: between 100 and 400 words
- Topic: highlight the work you do with a story of local impact, coverage of a recent event or an interview with a beneficiary
- Image: attach a good quality image that won’t look blurry on the website. Feel free to include a caption to explain what the picture is of
3 Rules
- Avoid using acronyms or jargon that the average reader wouldn’t understand
- Write in the 3rd person – but you can use a quotation to highlight any personal opinions
- This feature is to celebrate community, so try to keep it apolitical
