  • Profile

This is a Brand new project for the Camden Green Gym. We will be creating a network of wildlife friendly hedgerows around the Regents Park Estate. With your help we will be planting 800 tree saplings as wildlife hedges around Thirlmere, The Combe and Ennerdale buildings. The Green Gym® is natural exercise to make a difference! Fun and free outdoor community volunteering sessions to connect us with local green spaces. The Camden Green Gym® runs at different parks & public gardens across Camden. The Green Gym® is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each day starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down before and after a range of light to vigorous activities, designed to suit all abilities.
