    People of all ages meet up to do what is needed to look after the woods.

    Repairing steps and paths

    Planting bulbs, raking back ivy, snipping brambles.

    Putting up bird and bat boxes

    Help Survey the Birds, plants and small mammals (wood mice etc)

    Opportunities to assist on the schools planting programme – (DBS clearance required)

    Support the Bee keepers who manage the bee hives (1st Honey produced 2019)

    Help Run our  “open days” where we  show people around the woods, do Pond dipping, storytelling, woodland craft activity, sell cakes and refreshments

    Sharing tea & a biscuit (or other beverages !)

    Help with social media – posting and updating to encourage participation

    Manage the Trail camera – records nightly footage of foxes, squirrels and ….
