This resource and webinar from Business Under Development (BUD) shows us how to create a ‘cycle of empowering leadership’, a process to empower ourselves and others with the tools needed to make positive change happen. 

The resource guides us through the four elements of this process: attention, ask, accept, assess. The prompts and guiding questions in these four areas can help to build confidence and awareness, encouraging great leadership and activating positive change.
