    Here’s some pics of us cheffin for our event last Friday. The first of our pop up supper clubs!

    First up we had summer glut gazpacho with cool cucumber and crispy almond topping.

    For main we served Indian inspired cabbage rolls in a fragrant ginger tomato sauce. Stuffed with tumeric cauli rice, cashews, leeks and mushrooms. Topped with yoghurt, micro greens and homemade kimchi.

    Desert was ‘deconstructed’ cherry bakewell. Lemony sponge with whipped coconut cream, poached cherries and crispy crumb.

    Thank you so much to our suppliers and those who came! We hope you enjoyed it! Chuffed to say we raised £140 for FareShare South West, raising money to provide meals for children in need this Summer!
