Foxgloves at the Bishop’s Palace vegetable plot.

We hope you are all keeping well. With the recent sunshine and warm weather everything is growing so quickly and the gardens are looking lovely.

The broad beans have given us a wonderful harvest and the leeks are not far behind! The borders are looking stunning with the iris, peonies, sweet peas and aquilegia out in flower.

The tomatoes are coming along nicely in the poly tunnel and greenhouse and the lettuce are doing well amongst the odd slug attack. It is great to be able to have our volunteers back now, there is a real buzz in the garden when we are all gardening together and catching up over a cuppa in the sunshine.

With the new relaxing of restrictions we are now able to run small gardening sessions again. Please contact us to book a session as all sessions must currently be booked in advance, thank you.

Regular gardening sessions – small group sessions available, please contact us for availability.
