    Combating holiday hunger in CAMDEN TOWN
    Young people from different cultures and backgrounds will be brought together to learn about basic nutrition, and provide them with a balanced meal for the day.
    Also take part in variation of sports activities. Whilst training in a safe, fun and all-inclusive environment.

    AYBI identified a need for FIT &FED during last years half- terms Fun fit non contact boxing
    Sessions, between age groups 6 to 12. Who were turning up to the session feeling hungry so we provided healthy snacks.
    After notifying our safeguarding leader; she contacted parents and schools. Due to research we found that most low income families rely on free school meals, and during school holidays struggle to provide a healthy lunchtime meal. Which we have found is one of the key factors that cause inactive young people, and one of the many roots to isolation during holidays.
