    AYBI ‘Real TALK
. The programme has been formulated to deliver Physical and Mental wellbeing by combining
CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and boxing training with Young People. Each session is a mixture
of physical exercise, visuals, PowerPoint, worksheet/s and circle time/group discussions. Resulting in
a Credited Box England Award upon completion of the programme.
Our programme is currently being delivered in schools across Camden and Islington, at primary,
secondary level and alternative educational provisions, PRU.
“It has truly been a fantastic experience for our pupils; we are really happy with the professionalism of the coaches and
their ability to engage and inspire our pupils. We had a number of challenging pupils that were regular participants at the
session and it has resulted in improved behaviour within school and improved relationships between them and their
    teachers.”
CBT examines the association among thoughts, feelings and behaviour which promotes social skills,
teamwork, and goal setting that empowers Young People to become self-aware, and fulfil their true
concept of self-worth. Enabling them to make the right life choices and become a positive
    contribution to society.

Boxing gives individuals the opportunity to channel their aggression positively in a structured
environment, therefore letting off steam, frustration and negative feelings. As an individual sport
boxing teaches self-motivation and is particularly dependent on self-discipline, self-control, and
confidence, attributes which help individuals to conduct themselves more positively in their daily
    lives.

Our Coaches play an extremely important role by offering support and advice in both physical and
cognitive intervention techniques. Acting as role models and mentors to Young People. We aim to
promote equality and diversity in all we do.
